Meade USB to RS-232 (Serial) Adapter

Meade USB to RS-232 (Serial) Adapter permits connection of any Meade telescope”s RS-232 serial interface to a PC or laptops available USB Port. This allows you to use the Meade #505 Cable Connector Kit with Software or #506 Cable Connector Kit with Software to connect your telescope to the PC.

A driver for the USB adapter is included on a CD, which effectively creates a virtual serial port within the PC. The USB adapter and software are compatible with Windows 98, ME, 2000 and XP.

For Windows 32-bit operating systems. USB support for Windows 7 64-bit systems is available with use of a 64-bit driver available from www.meade.com.
